What made you choose CrossFit True?
I came to CrossFit after feeling uninspired by my routine at a regular gym and boot camp. What I was really looking for was a way to ground myself and improve my mental health, and the structure and intensity of CrossFit provided the focus I needed.

What has been your proudest moment in the past 90 days?
My proudest moment was hitting a new PR on my back squat, It was 10 pounds heavier than my last one.
When your not at the gym, what do you do for work? What do you do for fun?
When I’m not at the gym, I like to stay active by doing other things like pilates or other fitness-related activities.
I am a family advocate for a domestic violence/child abuse program.
I love to travel.
How is your nutrition? How has it changed since joining CrossFit True?
I eat everything, Except for Mayonnaise lol

Squats

Yes, I’m more active and toned and more focused on all good things

My confidence and strength are growing with every workout.
