What has been your proudest moment in the past 90 days?
Front squats @ 133lbs was amazing for me!
When you’re not at the gym, what do you do for work? What do you do for fun?
Medical office call center manager. I enjoy family time, outdoor hiking, & road trips
How is your nutrition? How has it changed since joining CrossFit True?
I need to obtain more proteins daily which I lack. It’s hard to eat when you’re on the go!
What are your 3 favorite movements/exercises?
Deadlifts, back squats, and burpees!
What is your favorite style workout? (AMRAP, EMOM, Rounds for Time, etc)
AMRAP & Rounds for time!
What about your favorite workout?
I love deadlifts, not really sure why but being able to lift the heavy weights excites me! Then I look at my arms and say WOW!
Any favorite workout songs?
Honestly, I enjoy all songs (I’m a music person)
Have you changed physically or mentally since you’ve been working out with us?
My body has changed a lot, I feel more toned, have more energy when doing things, I have the “Yes I can!” attitude.
What are your current goals?
Not to get hurt, to do my first toes to bar, and over head squats
How have your goals changed since you joined?
Yes! I’m not afraid to try new movements/exercises any more. I’m always looking for a challenge!
What has been the biggest surprise since joining CF True?
Being able to lift heavy and being able to finish “rounds for time”
What can you do now that you couldn’t do before joining?
A lot of the movements/exercises are new for me @ Crossfit
